Going ELECTRIC (how soon is now?)

Ok. So Im betting that we are moving away from gasoline to electric.
The questions are:
How bad are gas prices gonna get before I need to switch?
How much does it cost to switch a house from gas to electric?
Or just sell?
How cheaply can I get a hybrid or all-electric car? If you're a 2 car family, one of them better be a hybrid asap! And used is cheaper than new - you just have to do more research.
